Well established on the shores of Lake Geneva since 2012 and always in search of local discoveries, the chef has selected local products of first choice from producers and breeders in the region. He works in particular with many products bearing the "Geneva Region - Terre Avenir" (GRTA) label, a guarantee of quality, proximity, traceability and fairness.
The Chef will exclusively offer a a Tasting Menu in 6 or 8 courses, where local and sustainable food will be in the spotlight. Those menus are composed of local and seasonal products, as well as creative recipes based on quality and environmentally friendly food.
