Signature Menu
The Chef will exclusively offer a Tasting Menu in 7 (untill 1PM during lunch) or 10 courses (only at diner until 8:15PM), where local and sustainable food will be in the spotlight. Those menus are composed of local and seasonal products, as well as creative recipes based on quality and environmentally friendly food.
- Lunch : Wednesday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
- Dinner : Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
